There is one girl I admire very much, and she is the youngest student at +Change Maker regional College in Rakhine state. She is a young girl who is full of self-confidence. She was born on December 22, 2002, in Ponnagyun, Rakhine State. When she was a child, her family had a lot of problems and she was a girl who grew up with problems. Her name is Mis.Myat Noe. Then her mother died when Grate-3. By this time, she, her father, and her sister were left sadly alone. After one year her mother died, her father went to Thailand to earn money. She was educated in her village until Grate-6. After that, she learned great7 to Grate-9 in her town and achieved Grate-10 in Mrauk- U town, Rakhine State. After she successfully completed high school, her father made a second home with another woman. But her stepmother was very kind and very important for her family. After she finished high school, she studied English and computer for almost two months in the city of ST, Rakhine State. She is one of the youngest students at +Change Maker Regional College and is a very active and hard working student. We have been meeting with her and working with her for almost six months now at +Change Maker Regional College. She is very kind, and she is one of the youngest students to have a deep understanding of all of our students. All of our students love her and she is a very important girl for us. She is also the second student president at our school. At our school, there are students from nine townships in Arakan State who like her leadership style. As a result, she and all of our students live like family. She is currently studying at +Change Maker Regional College, opened in MA, Arakan State, and she is one of the youngest student. She specializes in English language and project Management at the local college. She is trying to get a degree in Management in 2025. She is a young woman who is trying to succeed in Management at Asian level. Then she has a firm future goal: she will open an Asian-level Management School in Arakan State by 2030, with her firm vision for the future. At this time, her school will be called by foreign teachers to teach Rakhine youth to become Asian. Then she goes to a lot of foreign countries and studies and then gives young people a lot of knowledge. I am very passionate about her future goals. I believe that she can reach her goals as soon as possible and achieve her goals.

I would do business
Zaw Lin Oo, I would do Business
If I had money, I would do business. Because To give us good job opportunities for our people, To help our young people reach the world level and To bring about positive change for Rakhine State.
Rakhine State is a very commercially important state. There are many places to do business. For example, in Kyaukpyu, Arakan State is also very good for doing business. All towns in Rakhine State are good at doing business. But now there are very few business people in Rakhine. Then, Rakhine State does not have its own rights. The business people there are for their family, not for Rakhine State. So there are no job opportunities. So if I have money, I have to make a big business. This business is not only for our family but for all Rakhine people. There is a great need for employment opportunities for the Rakhine people. Now, Rakhine people are going abroad to make money. Now the Rakhine people are leaving their families and there is no work in the country so they have to go abroad to earn money. Therefore, business people need to be able to provide good work locally, not just for their business, but also for their own ethnicity and nationality. The state needs major business and business people for their state. Therefore, businessmen and economic zones are required to provide employment opportunities.
We also need to help our young people especially. Now, some young people are missing their future goals. It is important to give them the best possible instruction. It is important for the local economy to do our best to help our young people. For example, our state is now the second poorest state in Myanmar, so young people cannot help with education or anything else. Therefore, we need key entrepreneurs in our state, not just individuals, but for the local economy. So if I have enough money, I don't buy anything to start my business. Then give me a lot of work opportunities. We will also provide support to young people to achieve their full potential in education and to reach global levels.
Rakhine State has a population of 318,8807 and is bordered by the Bay of Bengal in western part of Myanmar. There are four districts, 17 township 3871 villages in Arakan state. Arakan state has one city and 16 towns. Arkan ethnic groups such as Dinets, Mro, Thet, Khami and Maramagyi also live in Rakhine State. Then there are also living Muslims(Rohingya) and Chin people. Now Rakhine State is the second poorest state in Myanmar. So we need a lot of business zones and entrepreneurs.
Young people are very important to improve our state. Businessmen are very important for the development of their state.

About My Hometown
Zaw Lin Oo, About My Hometown
Have you ever been to Minbya town, Rakhine State, Myanmar.
There are lots of interesting and unique places in Minbya. I believe that if you visit here, you will also love it. Minbya town is a commercial center with near many other towns in Rakhine State. Kyintowm pagoda, one of the historical sites in Rakhine State, is located in Minbya town. From the top of this mountain, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Minbya. And then there is a bridge called the RarMaung Bridge. The bridge is a commerical linking Arakan State and many other areas. Then there is a bridge called KyitZin Bridge. The bridge is connected to Minbya and other towns in Rakhine State. Then there are many beautiful dams and reservoirs. Also there are many other places to stay and visit. And then other ethnic groups live in Minbya township. (like a Chin, Monslan, Dinat and Maramagyi). Minbya people are very simple and kindness.
But righ now it's not good time. Because, now, the whole of Arakan State is complicated by civil war. Including my hometown. So I'm really sorry. So, I think we cann't visit now. So I want to say one thing. I think you know the aftermath of the civil war. Every day, young and old die. We are not completely safe. Ok When it was a good time for us, I invited you to come to our town. I believe if you get there, you will never go back. But no matter i will invite to everyone.

To influence our brand (Business)
Zaw Lin oo, To influence our brand (Business)
If we start a business, we need to think about how we can influence our brand. We must consider how we build our brand. For a business, brand is very important to us. Everyone has brand, but we cannot afford just only brand. So when you start a business, you need to build your brand. So, I would like to share four points that IDEA can leverage for your brand.
The first meaning of (I) is interest. (I = interest) [It's important that we attract more people to grow our brand]
The second meaning of (D) is design. (D = design). [We need to create our own design to be different from other product]
The third meaning of (E) is endorse. (E = endorse) [We need to work together with successful people, after we need to know the ideas and experiences of successful people]
The last meaning of (A) is action. (A = action) [We need to do a lot of action and activative to grow our brand]
In order to further develop our brand, it is important to know the meaning of each of the five letters: BRAND
(1). (B = believe) [People need to believe us and then they will believe our brand more]
(2). (R = remember) [People need to be constantly interested in our brand, people need to be remember]
(3). (A = advertising) [It's important to advertise our brand so that many people know and believe]
(4). (N = name) [It is very important when we name a brand. The names of many successful brands in the world are very simple and very short.] Eg. Apple and etc...
(5). (D = design) [This is like creating your own design, unlike other products I have already mentioned]
So if we will start a business, we need to grow our brand with this information. I'm learning and sharing this information from successful business people.

Struggling Life of Arakan
Zaw Lin Oo, Struggling Life of Arakan
Rakhine State has a population of 318,8807 and is bordered by the Bay of Bengal in western part of Myanmar. There are four districts, 17 township 3871 villages in Arakan state. Arakan state has one city and 16 towns. Arkan ethnic groups such as Dinets, Mro, Thet, Khami and Maramagyi also live in Rakhine State. Then there are also living Muslims(Rohingya) and Chin people. Right now, Rakhine State is a very sad state. All Arakanese and all the people living in Arakan State are weeping every single day. That's why now, Rakhine people are expressing their true feelings. All of this is due to the civil war. As we all know ,my country Myanmar has the longest civil war over 70 years since the independence day. We have already known how civil war can destroyed and the families of members, the dream of young generation, and the lives of people. Now,in our rakhine state, many students can not go to school because of civil war. If they cannot go to school, thousands of dreams will be gone. In fact, Rakhine State is a rich state. Rakhine State is a state of abundant natural gas and forests. But we have not opportunity so far to benefit the Rakhine people. Therefore, the Arakanese people do not have to carry their own property. At this time, the Arakanese are materially hungry, but they have to go to war camps, even though they have their own homes.
Shared experience; Becoming an Entrepreneur
Zaw Lin Oo, Becoming an Entrepreneur
People say, I really want to be a businessman. But I don't know yet, what kind of business to start. That's why I would like to share a little bit about what kind of business might be best for you at this time. If you choose a business that will work best for you, you should first of all learn about your education and skills. Also I wanna advice that you need to think carefully about your experience. (In essence, it is best to choose a career that you truly understand). Because if you do a job that you don't like, when it can often cause problems. Then you also need to learn how many competitors are in your business once you've chosen a job that you really enjoy.

Sometime, business people are afraid of losing. So Thai businessman "Steve Chen" says he welcomes the idea. He said that adventure and losing were good experiences for him. Chan's first two companies were unsuccessful. But Steve Chan's third company succeeded. Steve Chan's third company, "Trend Micro Company", is an "Internet antivirus software" company. It is one of the first companies in Asia. So we need a lot of courage, adventure, experience, business strategy and other knowledge to become a businessman.
